Change Manager (ePCR)
Are you an experienced Operational Change Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Operational Change Manager to join our ePCR (electronic patient clinical records) programme team, over the next two years, to deliver the benefits of the Welsh Ambulance Services’ first fully digital patient clinical records solution which will be interfaced into NHS Wales.
There is a fundamental difference between the delivery of a programme’s new capability and actually realising the measurable benefits as a result of that capability. The Operational Change Manager will be key in managing the operational change and embedding new capability across the Trust to ensure that the new solution is being put to best use.
The postholder will have extensive experience in managing successful operational change in large complex digital programmes.
