Behind the Headlines

Communications is a busy affair and new challenges land on our doorstep daily, hourly and even in minutes.

Our role is to tell our story to the three million people across Wales and to help staff and volunteers to understand where we’re heading strategically as an organisation, while protecting and enhancing the reputation of the service.

Behind the Headlines is our new monthly stakeholder update, which gives readers a glimpse into our media and PR activity, as well as our operational performance.
