We have developed an App version of the guide, which is available for everyone to use, you can download it to your phone for free. The App is a tool to help communicate with those who have additional communication needs including:
People who are deaf and hard of hearing
People for whom English is not their first language
People with learning disabilities
People whose illness or injury affects their communicaiton
The App uses images and a small amount of text to help you tell somone if you have had an accident.

The Welsh Ambulance Service is inviting members of the public to have their say on its very first Quality Improvement Strategy. The three-year plan outlines what the Trust intends to do in order to become high-performing, clinically-led organisation which puts the patient at the heart of everything we do.
Tracy Myhill, Chief Executive of the Welsh Ambulance Service, said: “This is the Trust’s first Quality Improvement Strategy and is a key part of our journey to moving us forward to be the best we can be.
